In a surprise marketing move, Aamir Khan has once again upstaged Shah Rukh Khan by making all the ushers and ticketing staff at the multiplexes to don the look from ‘Ghajini’ on the day of release of ‘Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi’.
Now, the audience will go to watch Shah Rukh Khan’s film but will end up seeing numerous look alike of Aamir Khan at the theatres. It will certainly create the buzz for Aamir Khan’s upcoming film but at the same time will undermine the King Khan’s movie on the first day of release itself. This marketing offensive on the part of Aamir Khan and the producers of ‘Ghajini’ is certainly going to hot up the already on- going cold war between the two reigning superstars.Sources say that Shah Rukh Khan and Yashraj Films were totally taken aback and were not prepared for this type of assault on their big budget film from Aamir Khan. The insiders say that the whole idea was planned by the perfectionist Aamir Khan himself and discussed with the producers in a hush hush manner.
