Diplomat turned writer, Vikas Swarup is hobnobbing with the who’s who of Hollywood—all thanks to his heartrending novel, Q & A

A high profile Indian diplomat who is away from his family on a foreign posting suddenly decides to write a book. And to his own surprise, he finds himself inundated with a mind-boggling response to his debut literary attempt. To be compared to great author Mark Haddon is no small achievement for a first time writer. Dashing diplomat Vikas Swarup’s fiction novel Q & A has been translated into 34 languages.

There is one interesting thing in the novel Q & A. Salim ,Ram Mohammad Thomas's best friend (Jamal in Slumdog) ,reads about his icon Armaan Ali being a gay in a gossip film magazine "Starburst". You cannot fail to guess the magazine he's alluding to. The bitchy and daring "Stardust" of course.
Also, The actor described paints Hritik's picture in my mind. Definitely the appearance of the Actor is inspired from Hritik .Just the appearance alright!!!The Character of the actor doesn't sound like Hritik at all.I guess only Stardust would dare telling you who it might be ?
